Nicknamed “Mo” by her family and friends, Sandy “Mo” Adkins is as tenacious as she is patient, honest, and kindhearted. With an extensive background in real estate—including sales, construction, development, and property management—she brings a wealth of knowledge to every transaction. Mo is known for delivering white-glove service with genuine care and attention to detail, whether assisting first-time homebuyers, seasoned investors, or those seeking their Montana dream property. Mo has been involved in real estate for most of her life and became licensed in Montana in 2016. Since then, she has developed a strong reputation for her work throughout the Bitterroot Valley, where she specializes in residential, land, and lifestyle properties. Her deep familiarity with the valley’s unique communities, land use considerations, and rural market dynamics makes her an invaluable resource for buyers and sellers alike. Having moved to Hamilton, MT in 2012 with her husband, Mo has embraced the rhythm of small-town life in the Bitterroot with passion and pride. She understands firsthand what draws people to this extraordinary region—whether it’s the scenic mountain backdrops, close-knit community, or access to endless outdoor recreation. Mo’s clients benefit from not just her market expertise, but also her local insight and deep personal investment in the area. An avid motorcyclist for many years, Mo isn’t afraid of a challenge and brings that same spirit of adventure to her work. Outside of real estate, she enjoys gardening, hiking, skiing, and making the most of everything the Montana lifestyle has to offer. I am the luckiest girl in Western Montana! Living in Montana offers such an incredible array of outdoor activities. I get to introduce prospective new residents to the incredible lifestyle that I so enjoy from my home in the Bitterroot Valley. I have a strong commitment to my community and industry. It is my goal to give my very best effort in order to help you reach your real estate goals. I listen. When you engage me to work with, you engage the entire Sotheby's network of devoted professionals. In my 30years in the industry I have worked with hundreds of clients who continue to support me and refer their friends and family to my care. I am proud to have joined Coldwell Banker Western States Associates Real Estate April 27, 2015. My passion is to serve buyers, sellers, clients, associates, agents and community members in sales and marketing property in the Bitterroot and Missoula Valley areas of West Central Montana. Areas served include Sula, Conner, Darby, Hamilton, Corvallis, Victor, Stevensville, Florence, Lolo, Missoula, and the greater Missoula area. I am always willing to help you understand the marketing process, to acquaint you with our current market strategies and to explain how Coldwell Banker Western States Associates and I can assist you in achieving the sale of your property or with purchasing the property of your dreams. Whether buying or selling I will provide you with professional services in a timely manner by going that "extra" mile, solving problems as they arise, and always placing your needs before mine. I was born and raised in the gorgeous Bitterroot Valley and grateful to still call this home. I’m a graduate of The University of Montana with degrees in Accounting and Finance. After graduation life took me on a journey down south to the great state of Texas. My job in Houston was auditing some of the largest companies in the world. Detail was critical and the culture and experience was fun, but I missed the mountains and moved back to Coeur d'Alene where I was involved in accounting and private money lending. While working as a loan officer in the private sector I helped individuals and investors obtain financing for investment properties, mostly focused on fix and flips. Here is where I learned about lending along with the rehab process. I am now back in the great state of Montana, full circle, and have joined the family business; real estate. I’m a third-generation realtor and at the ripe age of 8 began going to work with my dad and seeing how the business runs. This allowed me to learn how to be personable and make great connections with people. I enjoy all the great outdoor activities Montana has to offer including, but not limited to, hiking, fishing, floating the river and enjoying the beautiful lakes that surround us. I’m hard working and here to be a resource for you and all your real estate needs in the Bitterroot Valley and surrounding areas.
